Return Policy
At Rebel Nomad Supply, we’re committed to ensuring you love your outdoor gear as much as your next adventure. We have a tailored returns and exchange policy to suit our made-to-order model. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Each Rebel Nomad product is custom-made just for you, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges based on size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. However, we’re happy to address any issues related to product defects or damage during shipping.
We accept returns and exchanges ONLY if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective.
There is a significant printing issue (such as misalignment, wrong design, or incorrect color).
You received the wrong item in your order (wrong size, style, or design).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Please follow these steps:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@rebelnomadsupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Attach clear photos of the defect or damage, including images of the item and packaging if relevant.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:
Offer you a free replacement at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item in your order, please notify us immediately. To resolve the issue, we will require:
A photo of the incorrect item.
Your order number.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct product free of charge or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to our made-to-order production process, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that were ordered in the wrong size by the customer. We encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way after delivery.
Any item that was purchased as part of a final sale or clearance promotion.
5. Process for Returns & Exchanges
If your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Please note:
We do not require you to return damaged or defective products in most cases. Simply submitting proof of the issue (photos) will suffice for processing your claim.
For incorrect items, we may request you return the product to us in its original condition before issuing a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Order Cancellations & Changes
As each product is made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. However, if you realize you’ve made a mistake, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@rebelnomadsupply.com, and we will do our best to accommodate changes if the order is still in processing.
